This is how we handle what you tell us on our inquiry form, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number
- What you do, your business name and your current website
- What you don't like about your website, if you tell us
- Which CRM you use and where your domain is kept, if you tell us
- Your Instagram handle, if you add it
- Your time zone, so a call time can be shown in your own clock
- The time you pick, if you ask for a call
Why we ask
To reply to you, to plan your website, and to book a call if you ask for one. We use your details for nothing else.
Where it's kept
In our email and CRM, and in our own records. We never sell your details. There is no ad tracking on the form.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking, and after that for our business records. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Cookies
The form sets none. Your answers stay in this browser tab until you send them.
Server logs
Like most websites, our host keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe. To stop spam, the form also keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for a few minutes. We don't use either to track you.
